Adele Zhang

Summer Student at Lee Workplace Law

Adele is a first-year student at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is currently an executive member of the Osgoode Labour and Employment Law Society, the Entertainment and Sports Law Association, and Osgoode's Business Law Society. This summer, she will be working with Lee Workplace Law to explore her interest in employment law.

During her undergraduate studies, Adele was an active member of Love146. Through this international anti-human trafficking organization, Adele successfully established partnerships with local grassroots organizations and raised funds for rehabilitation programs for survivors. At her recent placement with the Durham Community Legal Clinic, Adele further developed her interest in human rights and legal advocacy through their Sexual Harassment in the Workplace project. Adele has secured a position with a long-standing, intensive legal practicum at Parkdale Community Legal Services. Here, she will join the Worker's Division as a caseworker and will get involved with organizations such as the Migrant Workers Alliance for Change.

Adele is also an avid sports fan. She loves playing basketball and football, and every March, you can find her brewing over her NCAA bracket predictions.
